Is this a magic mushroom?

Hi i was in my garden after a couple days of raining and spotted this small brown mushroom under a tree. It ressembled psyicobe cubensis as it had a white stem, brown roundish cap and had white fluffy stuff at the bottom. I was going to do a spore peint but i left them out to long and now they are dry and stuff. The stem is not hollow ans full off different shreds. The cap is a brown/ light briwn color completely varying conscerning sizes. The little blades are kind of spaced out but still pretty close. Perhaps a 0.5mm space between each and they are a light brown. Any thoughs?
