Right bottom tooth touching underneath my right tooth?

A few days ago it seems that when I bite or put my teeth together my right tooth hits at the back of my right front tooth. Im becoming really worried about it my wisdom teeh at the top are fully grown and my wisdom tooth on the bottom right side is coming through, but they dont seem to hurt or to be doing anything. I have been to my dentist about 3 months ago everything was fine then but now I dont understand. I have been grinding my teeth at night a few times lately and then I became paranoid about it Im thinking perhaps I forgot how to relax my jaw and bite properly now? what should I do?
