I got a ipod question ?

i was playing scrabble and than it wasnt working so i tried to turn it off and it wont all i see is a black screen and a loading thing and i plugged it in to the computer and i tunes said unknown error on itunes 0xE8000065 what can this be? it has been like this for an hour ...
