I am looking for a game the console doesn't matter and I am willing for an MMO?

I am looking for a game about kings and queens kingdoms and castles a game when you make your hero you can conquer castles and kingdoms and towns and villages but also tax them and fight, get a wife kids. Also you could develop skills and make allies and enemies explore the huge area or if you don't like taking over villages make your own! I have already played games like civilization, SPORE, Fable, Oblivion, Mount & blade warband and I don't like things like mass effect if you have any answers please all are welcome except the answer "Get a life" XD
