How can I level up my pokemon for Red? I have HeartGold.?

Unfortunately, Mt. Silver's got the highest level Pok�mon to train against, in that game. It's also good for the fact that it has a Pok�centre nearby. However, there is a held item called the Lucky Egg. You have the odd chance of getting one from Wild Chancey, using Theif. The Lucky Egg boosts exp gain in a similar way to owning a traded Pok�mon, and the Egg's boost stacks with the trade boost.
