What is the deal with Baby Names? Why are people so strange when it comes to baby names??? !?

Self indulgence. People who come up with names like Blanket, Bronx Mowgli, Kal-el, and Moxie CrimeFighter and a host of other noun names are focusing on themselves, and not their child, they want the reflected notoriety of giving their child these weird names without a thought of weather the child will be comfortable with them throughout his/her life. What might be cute or unique when you're two can be a running school yard battle or an extensive therapy bill when you're older.
