Any ideas what I have gotten sick with?

Well, nobody on this site can tell you what you have. I think you should go to a professional doctor and take him your blood work so they can check it out and tell him what you feel and your actions. Believe me, no one on this site can tell you. I have had a problem like yours and I asked everyone on other sites and they have no idea. Take my advise and go to a professional. Maybe you are really stressed out and need some time to yourself like a spa day or a massage. Unless the person who answers you is a doctor or a pediatrician you should ask a doctor. Hope I helped!
