How to get temporary dye out of your hair?

Okay, so i dyed my hair RED. It was adorable at first but now the colors fading into a grooss colorr. It was originaly light blonde highlights wif brown underneath. I used Natural Instincs && its supposed to stay in for two weeks.(24 washes). I dont like walking around with the color it is now. Its like yellowish at the bottom and orange-ish red-ish everywere else.:/ How would i get it out quicker.!? I heard baking soda.. Would that damage my hair.? Thanks.!(:
