Gaming on Pentium 4 HT?

I acquired an old Pentium 4 2.80GHz Hyperthreading PC and put in a few spare bits of RAM so it now has 3GB, and right now it it using its integrated GMA900 graphics card, but I am going to get a new one. Could you recommend a graphics card for under 150 pounds that will run the likes of Command and Conquer 4, Spore, The Sims 3, CoD4, Minecraft etc? Or will the P4 be an excess bottleneck?
